VINIFICATION
Destemming and crushing, pelicular pre-fermentative maceration at about 10ºC. Alcoholic fermentation for 15 days with control of fermentation temperatures at about 15ºC.

Colour/Appearance: Gold - Clear and bright
Aroma: Complex of good intensity, suggesting ripe tropical fruits, candied orange and notes of honey
Flavour: Intense, fruity, sweet and fresh, with a pleasant and persistent finish
Food Pairing: It goes well with goat cheese, as well as all kinds of desserts. It should be consumed at a temperature of 10ºC
